Shipping, Cancellations & Returns
Shipping is Free. This is for delivery to your door and not inside or up stairs. This is available and must we meed to be alerted to this when you place your order. If your order is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card only when the shipment is confirmed. It will usually ship within 24 to 48 hours from the date of your order and you will be notified when it ships. If it ships and a tracking number is available, it will be supplied to you. For larger items, if your order is to ship by truck a tracking number is not always available. You will not be charged if your product is not available to ship. You will be immediately notified if any products can't ship right away.
- Continental US Shipments - Regular Ground Shipping is free within the continental US.
- International Shipping - International shipments must be quoted and quick turnaround is our policy. Simply call or email with your your desired products and shipping destination.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Additionally contact us immediately upon discovery so we can determine best action to replace your item without any cost to you.
Cancellations & Returns:
Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to an administration fee if the order has been shipped unless there are damages when received. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Some suppliers will allow refunds up to 30 days without charges. Returns Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and or a repackaging fee if the return is received in poor condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
